Lotte Ravenhorst

Lotte Ravenhorst has worked extensively at the intersection of human rights, cultural heritage, democratic governance and access — advising governments, multilateral bodies and civil society organisations in complex political environments.
Her background includes senior advisory roles in national policy development, leading cross-institutional coordination processes, European grant management, and supervisory governance. She has particular expertise in heritage protection, including advisory work on the UNESCO Convention on Intangible Cultural Heritage, and is currently researching threats to cultural heritage in hybrid warfare.
She is strengthening her international profile through an Executive Master in International Relations at the Geneva Graduate Institute, with additional coursework in International Humanitarian Law at Leiden University.
